Below you will find the most frequently asked questions
about our work and what to expect during your shoot.
1. What do "looks" mean?
"Looks" refer to your wardrobe. Each "look" is a single
outfit. These can often range from the most extensive
costumes for fashion shoots, to a t-shirt and jeans for
headshot sessions.
2. How long does it take to get my photos?
You will receive an online proof gallery emailed to you
same day as the shoot . Once you have picked your
favorites for retouching, your CD will be ready for
pick-up/mailout within 7 - 10 business days.
Fashion/commercial assignments will vary depending on
complexity and contract.
3. What do "exposures" mean?
"Exposures" are the photographs themselves. This term is
used to describe both film and digital photographs.
4. What should I bring to wear for headshots?
Bring whatever you're most comfortable in. These
photographs are supposed to be of you. So bring outfits
that compliment, but don't stray too far from your actual
closet. Keep in mind that stripes, bright neons, and heavy
jewelry are discouraged.
5. How long does a shoot last?
Generally, a headshot session will last 1 1/ 2 - 2 hours.
Fashion sessions vary depending on the complexity
involved.
6. Can I bring along a guest?
You may always bring a guest to shoots.
7. Is a make-up/hair stylist provided?
An on-site professional make-up/hair stylist can be
provided for the shoot at an additional rate of $150 for
headshot shoots. Fashion/glamour/commercial shoots
may vary.
8. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept personal/business checks and cash.
9. Do you do printing?
We do not do printing, however, we can direct you to
several very talented printers located online and in the
surrounding area.
